77Be careful about what you apply to your skin
Dieting vegan style has become very popular. We take care about what we eat and the nutrtion we get. But what about the stuff we apply to our skin? Are we that conscious about our skincare? I hope so.
Natural oils gained from fruit can be great for getting healthy skin. Especially if we are not fond of using artifically produced cosmetics. Nearly every edible plant in nature is good for our health in one way or another, so why shouldn't fruit be good for our skin? By the way, don't industrially produced cosmetic products get their raw material from nature? The difference is that market cosmetics get a good dose of chemical additives. We can argue whether natural organic products or market cosmetics are better, but we shouldn't miss the fact that the more the additives, the less healthy the product gets.
Let's have a look at the benefits we can get from fruit:
Apricots: Did you know you could eat its seed like a nut?
Apricot Oil
This oil is obtained from the nutritionally rich seeds of the apricot fruit by the press technique. Therefore it doesn't contain any additional chemicals. It's rich in fatty acids and also high in vitamins A and E. It is already used in the cosmetic industry as a carrier oil and is an alternative to almond oil.
Beause it is rich in fatty acids it can be absorbed by the skin easily and doesn't leave any oily residue. And this is why it is mostly used as a carrier oil for certain aromatherapic mixtures.
Apricot oil is also edible so it can be used on salads as dressing, however it is not really prefered because of the expense.
How to use Apricot Oil: It is excellent for skin protection and can be used by all skin types. It's also good for irritations caused by eczema. Apricot oil is also good for anti-aging. This oil can be used on its own or can be used as a carrier oil for other skincare mixtures. Pour a few drops onto a cooton ball and apply to skin for moisturization during skincare
Almonds: The fruit
Almond Oil
Similar to apricot oil, almond oil is also very beneficial to the health and skin. The fruit, I mean the seed is normally eaten as a nut, however the nut also resembles the seed of apricot in taste and nutritional benefits. Almond oil is also extracted with the cold press technique, so all the essential nutritions are preserved.
How to use Almond Oil: This oil is known for its benefits for hair growth. If you have problems with your hair, almond oil can be used to soften and treat the damage. It helps if you have weak eyebrows and eyelashes also. Just apply a litlle amount to the prefered area daily.
Almond oil is also known for its positive effects on the skin. It's good for pregnant women especially, for the prevention of stretch marks. It helps balance water loss, and is a good moisturizer. Because it isn't absorbed directly by the skin, it gives you good time for a massage. This is why it makes a good massage oil medium.
There is one thing though, it is not advised to apply on face because it is known to cause acne.

Rose oil
What kind of bad stuff can happen if we use the oil of the symbol of beauty? None I guess, it has so many benefits... I wonder where I should start.
Rose oils are obtained from the petals of various types of roses by steam distillation. It is a difficult and expensive process. Rose oils are commonly used in the perfume industry as a base perfume.
How to use Rose oils: It is known for its positive effects especially on women's nerves and hormones. It helps regulate the menstrual cycle and eases difficulties in PMS and menopause. It is also used to treat some sexual problems.
Rose oil is also good for colds, congestion problems and infections. It is also a great toner and antiseptic for the skin. You can use it as a toner when cleaning your skin. Add a few drops to a cotton ball and apply to skin during skincare for a great toning effect and cleansiness.
For aromatherapic treatment you can use it as a massage oil component, or you can add a few drops to your bath water for a soothing effect on your mind and body.
